At My Blooming Business, every floral arrangement is handcrafted with fresh flowers and designed with cre. Because flowers are natural nad perishable, or polices are created to help ensure clear communication, quality service, and the best possible customer experience.

1. DELIVERY POLICY

We offer local flower delivery from our Eagle Rock flower shop to Los Angeles and nearby areas.

For local same-day delivery, orders must be placed by 3:30 PM. Orders placed after the cutoff may be delivered the next business day unless otherwise arranged.

Regular deliveries are typically completed anytime before 5:00 PM.

2. TIMED DELIVERY REQUESTS

Timed delivery may be available for an additional fee depending on the location, delivery schedule, and driver availability.

While we do our best to accommodate delivery windows, exact delivery times are not guaranteed unless confirmed directly by our shop.

3. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Once your order has been delivered, customers may receive an email confirmation. When possible, we may also provide delivery confirmation details or a photo confirmation.

4. INCORRECT ADDRESS OR RECIPIENT UNAVAILABLE

Please provide complete and accurate delivery details.

If the recipient is unavailable, our driver may leave the flowers in a safe location or with a front desk, receptionist, neighbor, or building staff when appropriate.

Additional delivery fees may apply for redelivery if the address is incorrect or delivery cannot be completed.

5. PICKUP POLICY

Store pickup orders are available during normal business hours. Please wait for confirmation before arriving to pick up your order.

If you need a specific pickup time, please contact the shop so we can do our best to have your flowers ready.

6. SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Flowers are seasonal and availability may vary.

If certain flowers, colors, containers, or design elements are unavailable, we may make substitutions of equal or greater value while keeping the overall style, color palette, and feel of the arrangement as close as possible.

Our goal is always to create a beautiful arrangement that reflects the original design while using the freshest flowers available.

7. RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS

Because flowers are fresh and perishable, all concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a photo of the arrangement, and a brief description of the concern.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.

We cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for flowers that were not properly cared for after delivery or pickup.

8. CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be requested as soon as possible.

Because each arrangement is handcrafted and flowers may be prepared shortly after an order is placed, cancellations may not be available once the order is designed, prepared, out for delivery, or delivered.

For custom orders, sympathy flowers, event flowers, and large arrangements, cancellation terms may vary depending on the flowers ordered and preparation already completed.

9. CUSTOM FLORAL ORDERS

Custom floral arrangements are designed based on your selected style, color palette, flower availability, and budget. Since flowers are natural products, each arrangement is unique and may not look exactly like a photo. We do our best to honor the requested look and feel while using the freshest flowers available.
