I good friend of mine had a loss in the family. I didn’t want to bother her to confirm her home address so I could send flowers. I had her address (unbeknownst to me) before her last move still in my contacts. I was called by the owner of the flower shop to let me know it was the wrong address. He was very understanding. He managed to contact the person I sent the flowers to on her phone, got the correct address, and sent his driver to the correct delivery spot. Grateful they didn’t just give up and take deliver back to the shop!
