This was my first time ordering from My Blooming Business, and I’m very happy! It was really great to get a photo of the arrangement before it was delivered. It looked just like what I ordered, and my friend who received them said they’re absolutely beautiful. I liked knowing that the delivery driver was on his way, and getting confirmation that the arrangement had been delivered. Unfortunately, despite my note in the order to call the recipient prior to delivery, the flowers were left outdoors near our trash cans and a pre-delivery call was not made. The owner apologized sincerely and spoke to the delivery person so I felt the error was handled quickly and professionally. The flowers were exactly like the photo on the website-beautiful, and a good value for the size and quality of the arrangement.
